Toroni is located on the southern part of Sithonia, the second peninsula of Halkidikh. The magnificent 3,5 km beach combined with the green forested landscape can offer relaxing and pleasant vacations. Very close to toroni is Porto Koufo, a natural port with very nice fishtaverns.

The castle of Toroni , also known as the castle of Lykithos is sited on the south part of the beach on a small, steep and rocky peninsula. It used to be a part of the ancient castle protecting Toroni from Spartans during the Peloponnesian war as described by Thoukidides.
